Shipping & Returns Policy  


Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us at an Eye for Design Studios, we will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction with your experience and your online puchases with that in mind we have established the following polices regarding shipping and returns

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 5 business days at the most. If everything you ordered is in stock your order will typically ship on the next business day following your order. You will be notified if there will be a delay taking yoru outside the 5 day window.

Blades:When we are out of stock on blades and haven't placed an order for that blade already, then your order is shipped directly from Mike's Workshop within 1 business day of your order, otherwise we will ship them directly from our shop.

Wood: All ply ships directly from my shop. ALL wood orders I ship are personally inspected for warpage and damage before shipping. Wood orders with Hardwoods are shipped directly to you from the mill within 1 business day of your order.

DVDS: Shipped directly from an Eye for Design Studios via USPS priority mail within 1 business day of your order.

Printed Patterns: Sent via USPS regular mail or included in any other orders package

Digital Patterns: A download link will be presented to you after your credit card has been approved. To download your patterns click on that link. The link is good for 5 days from your purchase or three attempts at downloading whichever comes first. You can also access your downloads by logging into your account and going to your account history page, the link there is also good for 5 days from purchase or three attempts at downloading.

Returns

Blades and Wood: returns will be subject to the policies of our suppliers, you are actually buying from them, so all returns will be at their discretion. We will do everything we can to help you should there be a problem

Patterns: ALL pattern sales are FINAL- NO EXCEPTIONS!

DVDS: If you think you have gotten a defective DVD please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve the problem by replacing the defective DVD or crediting your account at our descretion

 

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS


Canadian taxes (duty) and a brokerage fee are charged on all orders into Canada BY THE HANDLING AGENT that are over and above the shipping costs paid when you place your order.

The shipping charges we charge are simply to move your order from here to there. THEY DO NOT INCLUDE DUTIES OR BROKERAGE FEES

Canadian customers are advised that UPS charges a higher brokerage fee then the Postal Service, however they do deliver much faster. Choose your shipping method accordingly.
