SCROLL SAW PATTERN USE AGREEMENT

All pattern designs on this site are copyrighted. The vast majority of Jeff's patterns are derived from artwork or photography created by other artists, NO copyright whatsoever is claimed over the original work, instead it is Jeff's interpretation of the original work that he's copyrighted. Where ever requested by the artist we have done our best to give credit to the original artist, if you spot a misteake or omission please let us know. That being said, these designs may not be copied, published, reproduced or used in any form beyond what is defined by this agreement without the written consent of An Eye for Design Studios. The right to use a copy of any pattern design on this site for the sole purpose of scroll sawing is being purchased not ownership of the pattern design.

The right of use is granted only to the individual person purchasing a copy of a pattern design from this site (or the person they have purchased it for).

There is no limit to the number of copies the purchaser may make of the pattern design copy. Print this agreement to show to your copy center if they require authorization.

Copies of the pattern design may not be traded, sold or given away.

Products the purchaser has scroll sawn using the pattern design may be sold.

Use of any pattern design on this site in any manner other than described above, such as, but not limited to: laser, CNC, groups, clubs, schools, class instructors, etc. requires contacting An Eye for Design Studios for a special use license agreement.
