Typical cabinet grade oak ply is extremely brittle, fragile and subject to veneer flaking.
This ply has oak veneer on both sides (although the back can have defects), a special core making it much more stable and scroll saw friendly!
Because it's thicker the veneer is resistant to chipping and flaking.
Both of these combine to make this the ONLY oak ply you will ever want on your saw!
